Joe McKinney brings more than four decades of hands-on leadership across manufacturing, forestry, industrial services, and green energy.

Raised in northwest Alabama, Joe returned home after earning his Business Administration degree from Auburn University to help lead and grow multiple family-owned enterprises. As Managing Director of the McVantage Group, he has guided businesses through expansion, international operations, and multi-stage growth transitions.

Joe has also served as Chairman of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association, the largest organization of its kind globally, representing a major U.S. manufacturing sector.
